are there administrator rules in Win ME ? I came across a computer running ME that wouldn\'t surf. I had the right ip address but couldn\'t surf. It acted like a winsock error but I couldn\'t look at the network properties. When I went to control panel and clicked on network...a box would pop up that said \" administrator has disabled the network control panel\" . I have never seen this before . I don\'t use ME so i am not that familiar with it either, so any insight on this would be appriciated.
