http://www.xp-antispy.de/index.html?/news-e.htm This allows you to do away with many annoying winXP features... like msn messenger etc... many of which you dont know and dont use... but they do take up processing speed and bandwidth.. you might think that it is barely noticeable because of how small they each are... but together they do alot of damage because there is need to orginize which gains access when.. so its not really the programs themselves but the fact that they need to be all managed at the same time....
