Drive P: does not exist.

Is that where you directed it too?
You should of Browsed to this folder I would think
C:\Program Files\Dell Support Center\bin

The strange part is, it looks installed already
Can you just double check that you did that correctly

EDIT>>Can you take a look if a copy of
dell_support_center[1].msi
is found in the following folder
C:\Documents and Settings\all users\application data\dell\dsc20upgrade

If not, can you do a search on your computer for
dell_support_center[1].msi

When you open Search and select All files and folders
Select the Advanced options and ensure the top 3 selections are checked

Access your Add and Remove programs
Find and uninstall Dell Support Center
Reboot the computer afterwards
Let me know if it will uninstall

Can you do the following

Open MyComputer>>Right click on your C: drive and select Properties
Open Disk Cleanup
When it's done calculating, can you ensure that Temp Internet Files is selected and Hit OK

Afterwards
I was going to mention you can reinstall it if you want

Note: Some users who have had it installed have experienced BSOD's from the software
Or using to many resources, but not all

If you would like to reinstall it
Go to the following link and learn what it's about and there is a Download link
