Yea.
Seller of mils buys dragonstones, Buyer get items that give tokkul when sold. (Chaos runes for 9 tokkul each, obby maul for 17.5k tokkul each with karajma gloves)

Seller of mils sells dragonstones to karajma gem shop. Buyer buys with tokkul (approximately 1k per dstone.) Shop limit max is 50 purchases from the shop per hour. Dragonstones sell for 50k each. approximate.
