I'm fixing to make a new site complete with forums. I just want to get an idea of how many people would join. If you would join, just reply below and tell me. The site's going to be a lot better than TTG: Active mods, admins, and more enforced rules. And NO, I'm not going to just accept any person to be mod, I'm going to pick trustworthy people that I know.

Well many people didn't have my kind of skills. And no, it won't take 1-3 years. I'm thinking more along the lines of a few months if not weeks.
