So what is Lockerz?Lockerz is a new site set up by Liberty Media and run by the old vice president of amazon! The idea is, you earn points on their site and then use the points to buy games, consoles, clothes, ipods, laptops - so many different things!
How do you get points?Well, you get 2 / day when you log in and 2 for answering the daily questions (yes / no answers pretty much!) and 2 points for every person you refer. Also, when you sign up, you play a game that's available just once that gives you up to 50 points if you're good enough!
What can you get?I mentioned before the sorts of prizes, but this is an idea of how much stuff is:
Call of Duty 5, Halo ODST, all games: 100 points
PSP, ipod shuffle, HD camcorder: 200 points
Nintendo wii: 250 points
portable DVD player: 300 points
ipod touch: 325 points
PS3, Xbox 360: 625 points
Now, say you get 50 points in the game when you sign in, then answer the question - that's 54 points; sign in and answer the question every day for just over the next week and a half: 48 points - that's 102 points in less than 2 weeks - enough for a video game! So, even if you don't have the patience to go for a PS3 or Xbox, why not try it for a week and a half, get a free game then decide! it'll take like 5 mins every day - that's 1 hour, 15 minutes of work for a game - not bad!
Is it a scam?Not at all - Liberty Media is a huge company that owns a film studio, a professional baseball team, part of Time Warner and many more - they would lose everything if it was a scam - they just compile the answers everyone gives to the questions in to a list and sell it to other companies in the form of a market survey to make their money - or the questions may be commissioned!
