I would try and uninstall all codec packages

This would include
K-Lite Codec Pack 5.4.4 (Full)
Media Supply Codec v1.6
If you have the free version of DIVX player, I would remove it also and it's software
I may have missed something, double check in add/remove programs

Reboot the computer, then go into device manager and uninstall your CD/DVD drive

Run Fix.reg again
Reboot the computer again, on startup Windows should install your CD/DVD drive for you

The Basic edition is probably all you need
