Sorry - I misunderstood.
I have done as you requested - no threats found, but a couple of unusual entries in the scan log.
I cant find a way to copy  the text so I have attached screen grab - didnt want to risk mis-transcribing.

The first entry is a piece of software I thought was removed - I cant see it among installed programs - just in case I have renamed the folder
D: - is a Bootable Windows XP (this is a dual boot system, although I havent used XP for quite some time - many months)
The end entries relating to Roxio repeat for all the files in the cab, so I chopped them off the image.re-run security check:-

Still no warnings abour accessing address book - but another Outlook Crash.
I will re-enable UAC, then give it a few days.
AFter that remove MApiLab, and give it a few days.

If no improvement I will bite the bullet and re-install Ofice.

Re-enabled UAC and re-booted.
On opening Outlook a warning screen appeared stating that Outlook had a serious problem with the Adaware plugin and asking if I wanted to disable it. - It is now disabled.

forgot about AdAware email plugin
I haven't used Adaware in some time

Can you reopen OTL.exe and click on the CLEANUP button
Follow the prompts, if reboot required, please do so

Post back in a couple days and let me know if disabling the plugin has helped, possibly permanent
