I am looking to buy $10 of riot points for League of Legends (http://www.leagueoflegends.com/), I will offer 20m rsgp. All you need to purchase the points is a credit card, paypal, a phone, or a prepaid card from a store. The easiest way would be with a prepaid card or using a phone, but if you can't you'd have to download the game.
