Do you have an empty USB flashdrive? We can still try and get Seatools for Dos to run from it
Format the flashdrive to fat32 aheand of time... Insert the drive into computer
Go to START>>Computer.. right click your thumbdrive and choose the format>quick option
Put Seatools for Dos on usb drive: Here are the instructions:

DON'T use that download link, instead, use your download of Seatools for Dos .iso file
or redownload from here

If you don't have one, use 7zip

Extract Seagate tools .iso file to it's own folder on desktop by right clicking it
Choose 7zip >> Extract to SeatoolsDosAll.......

Nothing to install: But download
win32diskimager Again, extract to it's own folder
In step 3 it ask to look for Seatools.img file
You may not see that file, so when browsing for it in the SeatoolsDos23all folder, if you don't see Seatools.img
Change the save as type from *.img*,IMG file >>>> and choose just
*.*Then select the
seatools.ima file
After successfully creating the bootable usb
Next: Ensure your computer is set to boot from USB flash drive or USB-HDD
