This is Brij here.I have windows 2000 professional with service pack 4.I am facing a problem with windows installer.I have downloaded the latest windows installer from internet.when I try to install the windows installer I get an error "The specified service already exists".Because of this problem,I am not able to install any softwares such as ms office 2000 or norton antivirus 8.x.Witing desperately for some solution.
