I have two Operating System On my System Windows 98 SE and Windows 2000
Professioanl. I want to remove Windows 98 without harming windows 2000 Professioanl. Please tell me How to do.

they are on separate partitions, so delete a partition using your hard drive cd/floppy or use a 3rd party program like partition magic, then convert the deleted ones where you like.

Going off the top of my head here...
Before nuking C where 98 sits edit the boot.ini file (on your 2K partition) to point to the new partition info after removing 98. There is another file Bootsect.dos I think that you can delete at that point as well. Sorry but I am away from my system at the moment. There is more to consider though. Take a look at this and read carefully before you just remove the partition.
