cd and automtic restart!

Hi all!!
I have got a weird problem.
When I insert a cd into my CD-ROM the computer restart by itself as the dusk starts spinning.

What can it be?

I am running win98 SE. The prob reaims even after chancing the cd-rom with another one that works 100%

The cd-rom is in the device manager!
