How to network 2 computers with Win XP Pro

I have 2 computers connected to a GNet IP0006 4 port router. Each system is running Windows XP Pro. The question i have is:

What is the procedure that will allow me to share files/ move files from one computer to the other?

 Have you tryed Mapping the network drives. If you dont kno how to do a serch for a computer or accses it in the Network Places and when you fing the computer right click on it and select map drive.
