I have a Win 2000 Server that doesn't start. It goes up to the point where the logon screen should appear and it stops there. It's not blocked as the mouse and and the Num Lock/Caps Lock works but it doesn't go any further. If I press Ctrl+Alt+Del nothing happens.
I tried to boot in Safe Mode, Debugging Mode, Last Good Configuration but I got the same result. It looks like it can't get past that point.
