I have a geforce 4 connected to a tv (ntsc), and I see it doesn't use the whole screen. There are empty strips on the top and bottom. This kind of squashes the proporiton in certain video when you fill the screen. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and if there's a way to make it use the whole screen? THanks
