We have had a problem the last few months with our computer. It will not download any new virus definitions from Symantec and when we try to access symantec.com we get a page error. We have done the W32/Mydoom tool removal thing and nothing comes up. We haven't been able to download anything from live update, although I went to another computer today and downloaded it on a disc and loaded it into computer. We can't access any kinds of virus protection sites. Any thoughts?
