No Bootup

http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/huh.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' /> Last night my desktop just shutdown. No warnings, beeps, etc, just there one second gone the next. The red cpu light and green pwr light were still on, I let it sit for a few minutes but it never restarted. I pressed the reset button and all this did was to make the red light go away but no restart. I pressed the pwr button, same thing. I had to turn off the switch on the pwr supply to shut off the computer. I let it sit all night and this morning when I started it up all I got was the green pwr light and the fans running. No trying to access the a: drive or cd-rom, also the cd-rom drives will not open when the button is pressed. I checked all the pwr plugs on the ATX connector and they check ok. I currently am clearing the cmos. Anything else to check?  Or did my MB just up and fry itself.
