Perhaps the thing to do - rather than post your referral link and cross your fingers - is find a new offer that has the same fre item.  Like - you want an ipod - PVPs4free.com has a photo ipod.  Tech4free has an ipod.   Basically without joining a conga line your odds are roughly 1 in 24 of actually getting your item.

The lines go pretty fast and they seem to stick to only the most legit looking offers.
