Nothing too obvious, but I may not be seeing everything
Can you please delete your copy of Hijackthis, it's outdated

Download the newest version
Important: Create a Permanent folder for Hijackthis
Double Click "MY Computer"
Open your C: drive
Click "File" >>> "New" >>>> "Folder"
A new folder will be created, name it HJT

Now you will have C:\HJT

Download Hijackthis from HERE or HERE
Save it to that new folder

Do a SCAN----Scan will change to SAVE LOG----copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log
here... Don't try and fix anything yet----It is all important

Still not seeing anything malicious in your log

Just some cleanup
Open Notepad (START>>>RUN>>>type in notepad) hit Enter
Copy the contents of the Quote box to notepad
In Notepad, click FILE>>SAVE AS
Important>>Change the Save as Type to All Files.
Name the file as search.reg
Don't run this yet

After you have ticked the above entrie, close out all other windows, including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
YES and exit Hijackthis

Double click on search.reg and allow it to merge to the registry

Restart your computer

It's always a good idea to run a good Spyware Removal tool if you haven't done so already
Download and Install the free version of Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.05
Ensure you have this version
If you don't have this verision,install this one
After installation-CHECK FOR UPDATES
Allow to download updates

Perform a Full system scan
When it's finished scanning
At this point you should either right click on the screen and and choose the "Select All" Objects option or individually put a checkmark in each objects checkbox
click on the Next button. Ad-Aware SE will now present you with a confirmation box as to whether or not you would like to remove the objects you have just selected. Press the "OK" button
Restart your computer to finish the cleaning process

Do you regularly clean out all your Temp folders?
If not I have a tool that will help you out with this, let me know if you need it

When was the last time you did a Disk Defragment on your system?

Post back a fresh hijackthis log afterwards and let me know if you need that cleaning tool

You can always try an online virus scan too, although it doesn't appear that you need
it

besides a couple startup entries, but they're optional too fix
Just curious, I see your using a proxy server
Check your settings in IE's Internet options--Connection tab--Click on Settings for you type of connection
Are you networked with other computers, do they use the same proxy server settings?
