My puter info. How does it look???

This is the first time I've visited this site. Maybe some1 can tell me how my puter is looking. Im lost when it comes to knowing what all this means. I just had to reformat my H/D 4 times in 2 days. This is what I have now. Any input?

Im trying to figure out if Im running slow because of my puter or my provider..

The log looks fine, expected after a clean install

Exactly what problems are you having, what are your System Specs.?
Maybe that will shed some incite

Is it just your Internet that's slow?
How much Ram do you have in your computer

You just installed, did you ensure to check for latest motherboard drivers and other software drivers
Eg... Video
Don't get these from Microsoft, but try the manufacturers website

I can't see it slowing down your computer however

If you open your Task Manager (Right click the bottom Task Bar and choose task manager)
Do you see any processes using a high percentage of CPU usage
Besides System Idle process>>>Which is showing what is not being used
