Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {BA52B914-B692-46c4-B683-905236F6F655} - (no file)

O15 - Trusted IP range: 206.161.125.149
O15 - Trusted IP range: (HKLM)

After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows, including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
YES and exit Hijackthis

Restart your computer and post back a fresh hijackthis log

I have had spyware blaster for long, but decided to get IE-spyad.  Downloaded it, and follwed the instructions in the tutorial! Looks good!
