If you want a completely free offer....try the eFax. Once you register and it is approved, all you have to do is open a chat session w/ eFax support to cancel (over the Internet).

Probably not that good of an idea to talk about how to cancel an offer. I don't think the sites appreciate signing up and cancelling before they receive their money from their advertisers. It might even be in some Terms and Conditions.
