Tweaking and overcloacking my p4 2.4 gig laptop

Hi please someone who is smart tell me how to overclock my p4 2.4 gig laptop for optimum power.  I have no idea but am good with pc's just dont know more then building program, and maintence. please help  my e-mail is amendola2001Email Removed
