Problem Starting up the Comp Win XP Pro
« on: January 28, 2005, 11:04:43 AM »
After reformating the hard drive on a work comp and installing Win XP Pro on it, the computer does not start properly in the morning, once you get it started you can restart it as many times as you'd like during the day, and next morning it dos not want to start from the first couple of tries again.  Can anybody tell me what can possibly cause this problem and how to fix it, pls?
Thanks.

Not sure
After you clean installed did you ensure you have all the latest drivers
Including motherboard drivers for your machine

Check with the Manufacturer of your machine for any hardware device drivers first
