Let's try some cleanup

Open Hijackthis>>Open Misc tools section>>Open Process Manager
Kill these processes
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe <--this one get installed probably with AIM>>It can be ran manually
Here's some more info
http://castlecops.com/startuplist-4102.html
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe
RealPlayer's updater, resource hog and does not need to run on startup
The above 2 are optional, but I would shut them down on startup

Kill these one for sure
C:\WINDOWS\xbmhwamb.exe
C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe

Set Windows To Show Hidden Files and Folders
    * Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

If you opt to disable Realplayer's updater
Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe
Right click and Rename realsched.exe >>>> realsched.old
This will ensure it won't startup

Open Ad-Aware, ensure your using Ad-Aware SE 1.05
Check for updates and Connect to download updates if any
Don't run a scan yet

Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ViewMgr] C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Windows AdStatus] C:\Program Files\Windows AdStatus\WinStat.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [cZ7qAfq] C:\WINDOWS\xbmhwamb.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [vkb] C:\WINDOWS\vkb.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IST Service] C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [-
] C:\WINDOWS\xbmhwamb.exe

O16 - DPF: {861FDA2A-2B57-4BDA-8B8B-305C9D5D8604} (_Multimedia Player) - http://stream.pussyharem.com/stream/mmp.cab

After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows, Including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
YES and exit Hijackthis

Access your Add/Remove Programs and remove if found
ISTsvc
ISTBar
Windows AdStatus

You may opt to remove
ViewPoint manager also
It has just been updated from Spyware related to User preference, up to you

Restart your computer into SAFE MODE

Find and delete these files or folders if they exist
C:\WINDOWS\xbmhwamb.exe <--file
C:\WINDOWS\vkb.exe <--file

C:\Program Files\ISTsvc <--folder
C:\Program Files\Windows AdStatus <--folder

Stay in Safe mode
Open Ad-Aware
Perform a Full system scan--"Uncheck Search for Negligible Risk Entries" before scanning
When it's finished scanning
At this point you should either right click on the screen and and choose the "Select All" Objects option or individually put a checkmark in each objects checkbox
click on the Next button. Ad-Aware SE will now present you with a confirmation box as to whether or not you would like to remove the objects you have just selected. Press the "OK" button

RESTART your computer back to Normal mode to finish the cleaning process

Post back here a fresh hijackthis log afterwards, include the WHOLE log
Which shows Hijackthis version and time scanned

A few more optionals if you don't need them on startup

This line
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE
Quote
Application which launches common MS Office components to help speed up the launch of Office programs.   It's somewhat of a resource hog  and some users claim there's no difference with or without it but it usually isn't required - Note:  if you make use of the Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar outside an office program this application will need to be enabled for it to show.
You can have hijackthis fix it if you want

This line
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
Quote
System Tray access to Apple's Quick Time viewer from version 5 onwards
Somewhat of a resource hog, if you don't need it on startup
I would right click the icon by the clock and enter the preferences and disable on startup
Then fix that line with Hijackthis

This line>>If not needed on startup
O4 - Startup: Check for OneTouch Updates.lnk = C:\Program Files\Visioneer OneTouch\WiseUpdt.exe
Quote
Checks for updates for Visioneer OneTouch scanners
I would check within the programs options to see if you can disable the updater
and then fix it with hijackthis

Hold onto the backups made by Hijackthis until your happy with the way everything is running

If everything is running better
you should disable system restore---restart your computer--enable system restore
This will clear all your restore points and ensure you don't restore any nasties
Once reenabled it will create a fresh restore point
How to Disable and Re-enable System Restore feature

Once back in Windows and System Restore is reenabled

You should set up protection against future attacks

SpywareBlaster by JavaCool---will block bad ActiveX and malevolent cookies
Install---Check for Updates---Enable all protection
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

IE-Spyad---IE-SPYAD puts over 5000 sites in your restricted zone so you'll be protected when you visit innocent-looking sites that aren't actually innocent at all.
Here is a tutorial and download link
TUTORIAL==Link to Tutorial
Download link==Download link
Scroll down and click on IE-SPYAD.EXE Free! or IE-SPYAD2.EXE Free!

Regular IE-Spyad for the individual user or IE-Spyad 2 for global protection(All users) on your computer
You only need one or the other

With both, Check for updates every couple of weeks
Keep the link to IE-Spyad bookmarked so you can check for updates
SpywareBlaster, after every update just simply enable all protection
