http://www.4freedollars.com/?x=170 is a new site out that gives cash through paypal to people who sign up for offers and get referalls.  They have a few offers that don't require a credit card.  You just have to fill out applications, someone will call your house, you humour them for a few minutes/seconds, and you're done!

Got creditted today, just 24 hours after completion, for doing two loan apps.  Didn't have to use a credit card at all.
