Freeipods.com is a scam. If you read their terms and conditions it says "We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine which referrals are fraudulent, and to not disclose the reasoning behind this decision." In other words they can decide, for whatever reason they want, that your account is fraudulent and they don't have to discuss it with you. They did this to me and my brother so beware.

Did you both register from the same computer? If so it pretty obvious they will consider it fraudulent....
