Let's run some free tools through your computer and then we'll see what's left in your log

You have remnants of Peper Trojan
I need you to know how to start in safe mode, I'm going to ask you to do that shortly
Link supplied below if your unsure
Download and save to desktop
PeperFix.exe

Print this out or save it to a Notepad file on the desktop
Disconnect completely from the Internet
Close out all other unnecessary windows

Double click to run PeperFix
Click the Find and Fix button
Let it finish scanning, when it's done
RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE

Access your Add/Remove programs and remove
NavHelper or NavExel

Stay in safe mode

Do another scan with Hijackthis, put a tick next to just this entry for now
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [2LRX2W83X2T3MQ] C:\WINDOWS\System32\LkhAX92.exe <--the file name may change but [2LRX2W83X2T3MQ]  should stay the same

After you have ticked the above entry,
With only  Hijackthis open>> click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Run PeperFix one more time in safe mode
Restart back to Normal mode

Back in Windows
Hold onto these next 2 programs, yours for free

Download and Install the free version of Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.05
Ensure you have this version or the paid version
Open Ad-Aware, ensure to click the  check for updates now link and Connect to download the latest updates
Perform a Full system scan--"Uncheck Search for Negligible Risk Entries" before scanning
When it's finished scanning
At this point you should either right click on the screen and and choose the "Select All" Objects option or individually put a checkmark in each objects checkbox
click on the Next button. Ad-Aware SE will now present you with a confirmation box as to whether or not you would like to remove the objects you have just selected. Press the "OK" button

RESTART your computer to finish the cleaning process

Back in Windows again
Download and Install Spybot S&D 1.3
When Installing, please don't enable TEA TIMER, it's a great addon to Spybot but it can get in our way to do any manual fixes.. This can be enabled at a later time if you want it
After installation--Click the Update button on the left, in the window on the right click the
SEARCH FOR UPDATES button, Check and download all updates
Click the "Search and Destroy" Button
In the right window, click the
Check for Problems Let it complete it's scanning---Ensure to check and FIX everything in RED---they should be checked by default

RESTART your computer to finish the Cleaning process

If you have troubles running either of those Spyware Removal tools in Normal mode
After you have updated them
Do a scan in Safe mode

Post back a fresh hijackthis log afterwards

Do you want to post your own logs from FRST?

Download and Install
Windows CleanUp! by StevenGould
This will clean all your temp folders, cookies, prefetch, etc...
Install for now but DON'T run a scan yet

Having RealPlayer's updater running on startup is optional, considered a resource hog
and not needed for realplayer to function properly
Start RealOne Player (2) Tools - Preferences (3) Automatic services in the Categories pane (4) Uncheck all options and then OK

Sun Java's updater on startup can be disabled
Open Control Panel>>Java Plugin>>Update tab
Uncheck Automatically check for updates
You can manually check
P.S>>There is an update now

I suggest that you access your Add/remove programs and remove
Viewpoint Manager
If you don't need Wild Tangent installed, remove it too if found in Add/Remove

Set Windows To Show Hidden Files and Folders
    * Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

Restart into safe mode

Find and delete these files or folders if they exist
C:\WINDOWS\remover.dll <--this file

C:\Program Files\Viewpoint <--folder, if Viewpoint was removed
C:\Program Files\WildTangent <--folder if WildTangent not needed

Stay in safe mode
Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {C5183ABC-EB6E-4E05-B8C9-500A16B6CF94} - (no file)

You don't need to delete desktop.ini
Go back and hide Hidden files and folders
The desktop.ini will disappear

If everything is running better

You should disable system restore---restart your computer--enable system restore
This will clear all your restore points and ensure you don't restore any nasties
Once reenabled it will create a fresh restore point
How to Disable and Re-enable System Restore feature

Once back in Windows and System Restore is reenabled

You should set up protection against future attacks

SpywareBlaster by JavaCool---will block bad ActiveX and malevolent cookies
Install---Check for Updates---Enable all protection
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

IE-Spyad---IE-SPYAD puts over 5000 sites in your restricted zone so you'll be protected when you visit innocent-looking sites that aren't actually innocent at all.
Here is a tutorial and download link
TUTORIAL==Link to Tutorial
Download link==Download link
Scroll down and click on IE-SPYAD.EXE Free! or IE-SPYAD2.EXE Free!

Regular IE-Spyad for the individual user or IE-Spyad 2 for global protection(All users) on your computer
You only need one or the other
It works great with XP SP2 as well

With both, Check for updates every couple of weeks
Keep the link to IE-Spyad bookmarked so you can check for updates
SpywareBlaster, after every update just simply enable all protection
