Let's see what we can get clean
It seems a few others having troubles with this guy

First, download HSFix from here
After it is downloaded, create a new folder on your desktop called "HSFix" and extract all the files into the newly created folder.

Download and Install
Windows CleanUp! by StevenGould
This will clean all your temp folders, cookies, prefetch, etc...
Install for now but DON'T run a scan yet

Print the rest of this out or save to a Notepad file on your desktop
Disconnect from the Internet

Set Windows To Show Hidden Files and Folders
    * Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

First of all, you have Kazaa installed, I'm not going to preach about P2P file sharing
Unfortunately, it comes bundled with Spyware of it's own

Enter your Task manager and end process on
P2P Networking.exe

Access your Add/Remove Programs and remove
P2P Networking>>A totally useless addon by Kazaa that can cause slowdowns in browsing, and decreased performance in General
If prompted to remove Altnets, do so

RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE

Find and delete if found
C:\WINDOWS\system32\prvdi.exe <--file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\dload.exe

C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking <--folder
C:\Program Files\Altnets <--folder
C:\Program Files\STHomePage <--folder
C:\Program Files\STLinks <--folder
C:\Program Files\WebSiteViewer <--folder

In safe mode
Locate the HSFix folder on your desktop, open it, and double-click "hsfix.bat"
A log will be produced which you can close out of.

Once that is done
Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [UpdReg] C:\WINDOWS\UpdReg.EXE
Registration reminder for Creative products, not needed on startup

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P Networking] C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe /AUTOSTART
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KAZAA] C:\Program Files\Kazaa\kazaa.exe /SYSTRAY
<--not needed on startup

After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows, including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Open up Windows CleanUp! that you installed earlier
START>>ALL programs>>CleanUp
Click the CleanUp button
Let it finish scanning for files, when it's done it will prompt you to Log off

RESTART your computer to Normal mode

Could you look in your System32 folder for the presence of this file
COMLOAD.DLL <--don't do nothing with it if you find it, just let me know if it exists

Also, Post back a fresh Hijackthis log
HSFIX would of produced a log, can you post C:/hslog.txt <--this log too

EDITED the post to include the possibility of WebSiteViewer folder
and attached a link to HSFIX
