I have been having a heck of a time removeing the annoying RealBar and the CoolWebSearch bar....any help will be GREATLY appreciated.

I need to see a fresh hijackthis log in Normal mode
Don't worry about any error messages on startup or and beeps from the computer

Also
I've uploaded a file called find_qoologic.zip

Save it to your desktop and UNZIP the contents
Open the folder and double click to run qoologic.bat
Give this time to complete it's scan

When it's done
Look for a log called C:\log.txt
Post it's contents too

I'll post a fix right away, can you do me a favor and look for the presence of Notepad.exe
In these locations
C:\WINDOWS this folder
and
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder

Do you see it there, or are you purposely spacing your log when posting it?

Download Pocket Killbox
UNZIP the files to the folder of your choice.

Go to start>>run>>type in notepad
Save these instructions to notepad on the desktop

Disconnect from the Internet, close out all unnecessary windows

Disable SpySweeper's real time protection if enabled until we have you clean, it could prevent any fixes

Open Hijackthis>>Open Misc tools section>>Open Process Manager
Kill this process if you can, if not carry on
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wyocrc.exe

Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Double click to open  Killbox.exe and have Notepad open for reference

Click Tools>>Clear Temp files

Copy and paste each of the following bold lines below into the "Full Path of File to Delete" box in Killbox, one at a time
Put a mark next to "Delete on Reboot"
Click the Red button with the X that looks like a stop sign after each
Click "Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt.
Click "No" at the Pending Operations prompt.

Repeat those same steps for all of these files.

Find and delete these files or folders if they exist

C:\Documents and Settings\SSB\Application Data\BOOB01~1 <--this folder
Not sure of the exact name, but it will start with BOOB01
and this one, in the same location
MEALAC~1

Stay in safe mode and run another scan with Hijackthis and fix these entries if found

Restart back to Normal mode
Back in Windows
Don't open a browser yet, instead access Internet Options via Control Panel
Under the Programs tab "Reset Web Settings"
Under the General tab---Delete files + offline content---Also Reset home page

Post back with a fresh hijackthis log
Could you also run qoologic.bat again and post the log

That's looking better, when did the lockup start on the keyboard mouse?

Have you checked for updated drivers for you device from Logitech
Especially important after installing Service Pack 2

If everything is running better

You should disable system restore---restart your computer--enable system restore
This will clear all your restore points and ensure you don't restore any nasties
Once reenabled it will create a fresh restore point

Once back in Windows and System Restore is reenabled

You should set up protection against future attacks

SpywareBlaster by JavaCool---will block bad ActiveX and malevolent cookies
Install---Check for Updates---Enable all protection
