You have a few infections on your computer
Let's start some cleanup, do as much of the below as you can before posting back
Let me know what you couldn't perform
Try and download all the tools I'm asking for

Access your Add/Remove Programs and remove
P2P Networking A totally useless add/on, ususally associated with Kazaa, that can cause slow system performance, considered by many to be Spyware
If Prompted to Remove Altnets Do so

Also remove
Viewpoint Manager

RESTART your computer afterwards

When your back in Windows

Open Notepad (START>>>RUN>>>type in notepad) hit Enter
Copy the whole contents of the Quote box to notepad, not including the word quote
In Notepad click FILE>>SAVE AS
IMPORTANT>>>Change the Save as Type to All Files.
Name the file as fix.reg

Save this file on the desktop, well need this later, don't run it yet

Quote
REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\WebSiteViewer]

Set Windows To Show Hidden Files and Folders
    * Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

Download and Save to Desktop the Standalone version of CWShredder from Here
Don't run it yet

You are infected with Peper Trojan, download this removal tool
and save to desktop, don't run it yet
Peper Fix

NEXT:
Next:
Download and Install this small program
to help clean your temp folders,cookies,prefetch folder, etc...
Windows Cleanup
Install for now but Don't run a scan yet

===Download DelDomains.inf
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/DelDomains.inf and save it to desktop
We'll need this later

Can you please Print the rest of this out or save to a Notepad file on the Desktop
Also know how to start in safe mode, I'll need you to do this soon
A link is supplied below if your unsure, be prepared

RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE
and stay disconnected from the Internet until we have you restarted back to Normal mode

Find and delete these files or folders in bold if they exist, and careful with the spelling, only exact file names, not anything because it looks similiar

C:\WINDOWS\cerbmod.dll <--file
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\blank.htm
C:\WINDOWS\System32\jeujdhi.dll
 C:\WINDOWS\System32\gpfj.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\srchbar.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Roboex32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\cmd32.exe <--careful, look for EXACT spelling
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ipgi.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wuclient.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\??rvices.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\xpsp2fw.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\angelex.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\hgs\Application Data\oboa.exe

C:\Program Files\Viewpoint <--this folder
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\P2P NETWORKING <--folder
c:\program files\altnet <--folder
C:\Program Files\WebSiteViewer <--folder

Stay in safe mode
Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:
Not all may exist anymore, but take a look
