Which motherboard do you have? I have overclocked the same processor by doing it in the bios under advanced CPU. I have it running at 1.9 ghz, or Semperon 2600.

no offense intended and yes if thats a socket 939 board you should be able to use the bios to overclock the cpu and furthermore that cpu kinda sucks again no offense. Esspeically next to my AMD ATHLON 64 3400+ Overclocked to 3GHZ which is much better than some jerkoff P4 POS as it doesnt have the bus speed of the AMD series processers. Anyway yeah im sorry I gotta brag since I just built the computer and im extremly pleased with it Ill never go back to Intel Crap again.

you obviously have little to no knowledge in such things. The AMD sempron is confined to the socket A and socket 754. Further, your post doesnt help this person at all. We don't wanna hear about your e-penis any more. Nobody cares if you have an Athlon 64.
