C:\WINNT\cwaoxrq.exe
« on: March 02, 2005, 06:16:17 PM »
This message comes up every 2 minutes or so..........
The program cwaoxrq.exe is requesting access to the Internet. Do you want to allow it?
Path: C:\WINNT\cwaoxrq.exe
........By blocking it I am plagued with the Firewall trying to execute the Program.
........By letting it execute, McAfee informs me that it is a Trojan.
When I update my Anti Virus it still isn't being recognised.
Spyware finds associated files but every time I reboot the fekker is back as normal.

Can you Download Hijackthis 1.99.1
A small utility to help identify if any Hijackers, Malware, Spyware, etc.....Reside on your computer

Important: Create a Permanent folder for Hijackthis
Double Click "MY Computer"
Open your C: drive
Click "File" >>> "New" >>>> "Folder"
A new folder will be created, name it HJT

Now you will have C:\HJT

Download Hijackthis from CLICK HERE or CLICK HERE
Save it to that new folder

Do a SCAN and Save a Log file---Save the log----copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log  here... Don't try and fix anything yet----It is all important
