Cleaning adware solution needed

OK, not trying to ask too much, because I see many people ask similar questions, I tried to clean adaware threats by myself. Reading other posts here, I suceed to delete many threats, but now I'm stuck with some things, and popups still coming.

Two things I was trying to remove:

1.

Download L2mfix from here

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

Thank you for you answer guestlolo.
But I decided to finish this popup trauma.
Disk formatted and system reinstalled.

Still, I got one question. Now as the system is clean I expected everything to run smoothly. But, sometimes NAV reports some worm intrusion as I connect through dialup.

Here's the log from NAV Log Viewer:

Details: Rule "Default Block Bla Trojan horse" blocked (JC-5C9804C8B9FE(193.198.146.170),1042).

Is it something I should care, or some NAV bug?

But I suggest you do this
Set up protection against future attacks

SpywareBlaster by JavaCool---will block bad ActiveX and malevolent cookies
Install---Check for Updates---Enable all protection

IE-Spyad---IE-SPYAD puts over 5000 sites in your restricted zone so you'll be protected when you visit innocent-looking sites that aren't actually innocent at all.

With both, Check for updates every couple of weeks
Keep the link to IE-Spyad bookmarked so you can check for updates
SpywareBlaster, after every update just simply enable all protection

Afterwards ensure you clear all your cache and cookies and see how it goes

Although you just did a clean install you may want to post a fresh Hijackthis log
I don't expect it to reveal anything, but let's take a look
