Please redownload Hijackthis from my Signature below and save it too a Permanent folder
Don't run it from your temp directory

===Download and Install this small program
to help clean your temp folders,cookies, recylebin, etc...
Windows Cleanup
Install for now, don't run a scan yet

Please Print this out or save these instructions to a Notepad file and save it to your Desktop
RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE

Find and delete these files or folders if found
C:\WINDOWS\desktop.html ' <-file
C:\WINDOWS\Web\desktop.html <-file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\spoolsrv32.exe <-file, Take Note of the spelling, don't delete anything because it looks similiar
C:\Program Files\Security iGuard <-folder

Stay in safe mode
Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Open Windows CleanUp!>>START>>All programs>>Cleanup!
Click on the CleanUp button, let it finish scanning for files, when it's done
When it's done

Restart back too Normal mode and post back a fresh Hijackthis log

How often should I be running these things?  Thank you VERY much.  I will be making a donation to this site.

Looks good

With Spybot and Ad-Aware
Just check for updates every couple of weeks and run a scan after an update
Additionally, with Spybot
Click the Immunization button>>OK>>Immunization at the top
A little added protection

SpywareBlaster, check every couple of weeks too
Remember to enable all protection after every update

CleanUp!>>It's probably a good idea to run this after you first start the computer
But do this every couple of weeks too
It also cleans the Prefetch folder, so if startup seems a bit slower after running it
That will increase on the next bootup, not to worry

If you use Internet Explorer as your browser all the time
I would also install IE-Spyad
IE-Spyad---IE-SPYAD puts over 5000 sites in your restricted zone so you'll be protected when you visit innocent-looking sites that aren't actually innocent at all.

Check for updates every couple of weeks
Keep the link to IE-Spyad bookmarked so you can check for updates

SpywareBlaster and IE-Spyad don't run in the background
They just add registry entries too help protect you

Another Important step in keeping your system secure is too keep up on Windows Updates
I don't mean the recommended updates
But the Critical(High Priority) updates and service packs
If you have a legit version of Windows I would think you would want to utilize the Windows Update feature
