Final Cleaning, need help identifying

I'm thinking I'm done with spyware for awhile.  But I'm so not sure.  I need help.  Does anyone see a problem in this log?  Something funky or whatnot?

Edit: I can't be done.  No way..  So here is the latest and greatest logfile.  I have bolded a file that I just can't find any info on ANYWHERE.  In fact, if you search google.com or altavista.com for this file, the only hit you get is a thread I posted at a previous time on this forum.  Any help as to what the heck this file is??

That BHO you highlighted is unknow, which usually indicates something bad
If you just searched on google for the long stringed entry

You will find it's always recommended for removal
And the file in the system32 folder just keeps changing names on different logs

Before we tackle that one
I'm concerned about another entry in your log
Probably related too Rbot worm

Let's try this
Set Windows To Show Hidden Files and Folders
    * Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

This is weird.  I tried to locate the MSCONF.EXE but it wasn't there.  There is a MSCONF.DLL file (which I scanned with nothing found) but even after a restart there is no MSCONF.EXE file.

You should disable system restore---restart your computer--enable system restore
This will clear all your restore points and ensure you don't restore any nasties
Once reenabled it will create a fresh restore point
How to Disable and Re-enable System Restore feature

Once back in Windows and System Restore is reenabled

You should set up protection against future attacks
