Are you still having problems with Elitum?

Do you happen to know what this entry is related too in your log
The file is running from your temp folder

O23 - Service: VPRemote Install Bootstrap Service (VPREMOTE) - Unknown owner - C:\TEMP\Clt-Inst\vpremote.exe (file missing)

Well, I'm just on my way to bed, I may not see your response until tomorrow
In case you still have problems with Elitum

Create a new folder on your desktop
Right click an empty spot and select>>NEW>>FOLDER
Download and save ETRemover_V122.zip
UNZIP the contents too that new folder

Please Print this out or save these instructions to a Notepad file and save it to your Desktop
Important>>RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE
You can do this by tapping the F8 key as the system is restarting, after the single post beep, or use the link
I supplied for a more detailed explanation

In safe mode

If you don't recognize that entry in your log
Go to START>>>RUN>>>type in services.msc
Hit OK
In the next window, look on the right hand side for this service
name---- VPRemote Install Bootstrap Service

Double click on it--- STOP the service--If running
In the drop down menu, change the startup type to Disabled

Afterwards, I noticed earlier you had Windows CleanUp! installed
Run it in safe mode
Don't log off after it's done scanning for files

Instead
Run the ETRemover tool you unzipped earlier

When it's done
Restart back to Normal mode

Post back a fresh Hijackthis log and let me know how everything's running
