Its a scam is what it is...he says that if you go green he "promises" he'll comlete yours and if he doesnt you can report that he SPAMs to the company and theyll cancel his account...but who really knows if reports of spam are even investigated, because anyone could make an arbitrary claim like that just out of hate or something.
