I have windows Xp professional... i was wondering if i could downgrade to win xp home??

Idk how it's illegal because my friend bought his from the store.... His is a legal copy.. why isn't mine, i's from the same disk... he uses SP2

Sorry to be so stern about this Edward, I don't know why you would need to downgrade from Pro to Home
But anyways, okay your friends version of XP is legitimate
That's good, so your saying he burnt a copy for you and installed it on your computer

Just doesn't sound to me like your version is legal

It just seems professional is messy... but all he had was professional... Actually no he didn't burn me a copy.. he bought a copy from the store.. and after he was done he let me use it...
