Help!!!

I need some help please!! anyone.  I don't know what has happened, but my computer doesn't work.  I can access programs like word and even the internet, but whenever i click on my computer or other folders, an error comes up saying dr.Watson needs to shut down.  What can i do.  I did a hyjackthis test, whatever that does, because i saw other threads did it and this is what it printed:

i think the one is bold shouldn't be there.   Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

The one in bold may be related to your wireless router

One requirement for hijackthis logs is to register to the forum before posting a fix
Could you please register and then post a fresh Hijackthis log to this thread

Can you do the following for me please

Access your Add/Remove programs via control panel
Remove if found
Ezula Top Text
NCase
180 Solutions or 180 searchassistant


Allow Internet connection, read the uninstall procedure carefully when removing

Restart your computer after removal if anything found

Back in Windows

Try and do the below, both are free programs, hold onto them

Download and Install the free version of Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.05
Ensure you have this version or the paid version
Open Ad-Aware, ensure to click the  check for updates now link and Connect to download the latest updates
Perform a Full system scan
When it's finished scanning
At this point you should either right click on the screen and and choose the "Select All" Objects option or individually put a checkmark in each objects checkbox
click on the Next button. Ad-Aware SE will now present you with a confirmation box as to whether or not you would like to remove the objects you have just selected. Press the "OK" button

RESTART your computer to finish the cleaning process

Download and Install Spybot S&D 1.3
Don't activate the Tea Timer when installing, it's a great feature but can get in the way
of any fixes we may still have to do
After installation--Click the UPDATE button on the left
SEARCH FOR UPDATES on the right
Check, and download all updates
Click the Search & Destroy button on the left
Check for Problems---When the Scan is complete
FIX all selected promblems in RED

RESTART the computer to finish the cleaning process

If you can't run either in Normal mode
Restart into safe mode and try running them after you have updated them

Post back with a fresh Hijackthis log afterwards
