The easiest way to get all Windows versions (except NT4) to work, on the one CD, is to create a custom DOS bootdisk to use as the image. The only problem, is that Win2k/WinXP\'s setup cannot be started, in dos mode, if you are installing to a drive already formatted in NTFS (because dos only knows FAT16 and FAT32). Since you will rarely encounter that (if it already has NTFS, you can probably boot into windows and start an install from there, or you are probably willing to delete the partition, etc.), it\'s not that bad of a solution.
But, we would all like to do it a better way, cause good enough just isn\'t good enough! lol
