Norton can't get rid of eied_s7_c_7.exe

[bigunit]

Norton Internet Security recently turned up a Download Trojan Virus during a full scan.

It says:  "The compressed file eied_s7_c_7.exe within C:\eied_s7.cab is infected with the Download.Trojan virus."  Norton was unable to delete or quarantine the file.

I ran a HijackThis, which is below.  I hope someone can help me with this problem.

Can you do the following please

Don't worry about no file found message, just carry on

Open Hijackthis>>Open Misc Tools Section>>Open Delete File on Reboot
In the File name field
Copy and paste the bold line below to the full path of file to delete and then click the OPEN button

c:\ex.cab
Hijackthis should prompt you that the file will be deleted and to restart your computer
Select NO
We don't want to restart your computer yet
Do the same for this path to the file

C:\eied_s7.cab
Again select NO to restart now

Afterwards, in Hijackthis, click BACK
Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

O2 - BHO: Big Fish Games - {4E7BD74F-2B8D-469E-86BD-FD60BB9AAE3A} - blank (file missing)
O3 - Toolbar: Big Fish Games - {4E7BD74F-2B8D-469E-86BD-FD60BB9AAE3A} - blank (file missing)

Optionally, tick the next 3 also, there not needed on startup, programs work fine without them
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime

After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows, including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Restart your computer

Back in Windows, if any of your Security programs such as Spywaredoctor or MAS warn about a change, allow them so they won't interfere with any fixes

Glad to help, I know you have many Realtime protection programs running in the background for Spyware
That's totally optional to you to have them all running at startup
We discussed this earlier>

But make sure that you install SpywareBlaster 3.4 and IE-Spyad
They don't run in the background
Here's the instructions again

*Will block bad ActiveX Controls
*Block Malevolent cookies in Internet Explorer and Firefox
*Restrict actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer
After installation, Check for updates and then click the "Enable all protection"

IE-Spyad---IE-SPYAD puts over 5000 sites in your restricted zone so you'll be protected when you visit innocent-looking sites that aren't actually innocent at all.

With both, Check for updates every couple of weeks
Keep the link to IE-Spyad bookmarked so you can check for updates
