Smitfraud.zip, so you have Smitfraud.reg extracted

RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE

Once in safe mode
Set Windows To Show Hidden Files and Folders
* Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.

Find and delete these files and folders in bold if found

==Open Windows CleanUp!>>START>>programs>>Cleanup!
Click on the CleanUp button, let it finish scanning for files, when it's done
DECLINE to Log off when scan is done.

==Open Ewido trojan scanner
Click on the Scanner button in the left menu, then click on the Start button. This scan can take a while, so give it time to run
If ewido finds anything, it will pop up a notification. You can select "clean" and check the boxes "Perform action with all infections" and "Create encrypted backup" before clicking on OK.
When the scan finishes, click on "Save Report". This will create a text file.
Save the report

Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

Double click on Smitfraud.reg and allow to add or Merge to your registry

Restart back to Normal mode

Can you run another scan with Hijackthis and post a fresh log
Also include the report from Ewidos

I see you have tried an online virus scan at Panda's
and a couple others
Can you take the time to run another scan at Panda's and save the report afterwards and post it back here too

Concerning the contents of find.bat
We're looking for a bad file
C:\windows\system32\??anregw.exe <-this file

However you won't be able to see the ?? marks if you search for it

Navigate to your C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder
You can use the view menu and select details to help organize the files on the right hand side
Look for one Created or dated 05/02/2005
and this size approx. 411 Kb
It should contain the anregw.exe after the ?? marks
May be named Scanregw, look carefully
Right click on it and delete it

Stay in safe mode and run Windows CleanUp! again

Reboot back to Normal mode

Run a new scan with Hijackthis and let's see one more hijackthis log then we'll talk about your protection programs

Your protection looks good
However I would still do the following

If everything is running better
Go back and hide Hidden Files and folders

You should disable system restore---restart your computer--enable system restore
This will clear all your restore points and ensure you don't restore any nasties
Once reenabled it will create a fresh restore point
How to Disable and Re-enable System Restore feature

Once back in Windows and System Restore is reenabled

You should set up further protection against future attacks

SpywareBlaster 3.4 by JavaCool
*Will block bad ActiveX Controls
*Block Malevolent cookies in Internet Explorer and Firefox
*Restrict actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer
After installation, Check for updates and then click the "Enable all protection"

IE-Spyad---IE-SPYAD puts over 5000 sites in your restricted zone so you'll be protected when you visit innocent-looking sites that aren't actually innocent at all.

With both, Check for updates every couple of weeks
Keep the link to IE-Spyad bookmarked so you can check for updates
SpywareBlaster, after every update just simply click the "enable all protection"
IE-Spyad is compatible with SP2 as well

As far as the programs you have installed
I have Ad-Aware, Spybot and Microsoft anti-spyware on this computer
I would keep all of them
MAS's realtime protection is actually very good
Note on Spybot, if your not using Spybot 1.4, which is the latest version
You should uninstall your version and upgrade to the latest

Ewido, sorry it wouldn't finish the scan, I find it a very good tool
But since it doesn't appear to be finishing the scan
Go ahead and uninstall it

You should hold onto CleanUp! also, clean those temp folders, etc.... every couple of weeks
