I'm sure many of you have noticed that referrals are much harder to come by in the summer than during the school year. The simple reasoning behind this is that everyone has more time at their computers during the school year and thus, people are more inclined to sign up for offers.
Many congas have been suffering this summer...many have started up only to fail and fall apart soon after...not thecongaman!!
Although my site has not seen the huge volumes of people it did during the school year, we are still trucking along! Through some generous donations, I have been able to put a good deal of extra work into the site, and I am proud to announce that we will be re-opening with a much improved interface! Lines will be re-organized, and we are also expecting to re-open with promotional offers to our users

I am also looking to implement a discussion forum to the site, so be on the lookout for that...the new forum should help me to better assist those with questions, and will serve as a general information source to everyone.
