more Coolwebsearch removal

Hi
I have a problem with coolwebsearch removal.  I only detect it when I run my aol spyware removal program and it tells me that I have coolwebsearch.hotworld spyware.  It removes it for me, but then finds it again each time I restart the computer so I guess it's deep in the system.
After I have removed it with the aol program I am asked to put in my Windows2000 CD to replace a missing file - when I do this everything seems to work OK.
I have scanned with Spybot and Adaware and they don't detect it.  CWS shredder detected CWS.msconfig and got rid of it, but I still have the coolwebsearch.hotworld coming up with each aol scan.

I can't say that I notice any actual problems with IE, but it must surely be doing something it shouldn't!
Finally I just did a free scan with Xoftspy and they tell me I also have FunWebproducts, Alexa, IBIS/Hunt toolbar and Aornum that need to be removed.  
Any advice on how to get rid of it all permanently?  Here's my HIJACKthis pasting - I hope I can do this correctly:

If it's too long-winded a problem to solve, perhaps someone could just make a quick suggestion or two?

I have all kinds of trouble with these bugs, too. Some of them are in files that I can't even access. To me the bottom line is that the skanky creeps who write these programs come up with new ones and new ways to sneak them in too quickly.

You might try this. Turn off system restore before deleting the bugs. Then reboot and turn system restore back on again.

I'm just going to get Xoft. It's $30 or $40, it's widely considered the best, and it's worth it.
