May I switch to another list?
Yes, You always have the opportunity to switch to another list. However, you will be placed at the END of the list so this is not recommended. You can instead receive a payment of the equivalent value of the gift.
 
Can I get a refund to be placed off the list?
Yes, You will be able to get a refund but there will be a $2.00 charge for transaction fees and also time consumption. You will also be removed off the list.  
 
How long do I have to wait for my gift?
There isn't exactly a specific time frame in which you will receive a gift. The line entirely depends on the amount of people that visits the site and purchases a spot in line.  
 
Can I get another gift or Cash Equivalent?
No, You cannot get another gift but you can get the cash equivalent. You can move to another list but if you were to receive a prize you may not change to another gift, only get the cash equivalent.
