Graphics Card Upgrade

I dont know which motherboard or computer i have but my graphics card is a Radeon 9200 (either PRO or SE editions). I plan to buy a GeForce 6600 GT fairly soon and i'm wondering if it will fit in my computer. I would also like advise on whether to get the 128MB or 256MB version, as well as AGP or PCI.

I have also decided on a Pentium 4 3.0GHz Processor, will this fit as well?

Please post your complete specs (cpu, ect) of your current PC...please be specific (sayin "my cpu is 2.8GHz" wont help me).

no matter what, go with an AGP graphics card. as for fitting...do you mean physically fitting into the case?

and processor, youll have to say what kind of motherboard/processor you have now. Get the program Everest Home Edition and learn what kind of hardware you have in your computer with it. www.lavalys.com

use AGP!!! pci got really narrow bandwidth.....so its really slow

Hey there,
  Please post your current specs! As for whoever said "Stick with AGP", there are a few disclaimers I have - AGP is on the way out, as PCI-E is taking over with 16X Bus Speed - AGP is still top of the line and cards that run that bus (All of them except 7800 GTX as of yet) perform well. If you plan to go SLI in the future, or anything crazy, consider having a PCI-E graphics card and compatible motherboard.
