Life after spysheriff

Hi, I followed Cretemonster post on the spysheriff removal at http://www.thetechguide.com/forum/lofivers...php/t18370.html
I di everything BUT after running hijackthis and fixing the files I was not able to find or generate the file smitfraud.reg therefore my pc is not back to it's "normal" self.
Any help will be apreciated.

If you are not signed up, can you please register and post a  hijackthis log
