This is called the referrals/free ipods forum
that's the purpose of this whole section of the forum - to discuss and promote your referrals and or free ipods or both.
If you didn't want to see threads like this then you are in the wrong forum.
Spam = is when you maliciously promote your warez where they are not wanted. This forum particularly is a place where this type of discussion is allowed. Take a good look at the last 1000 or so threads here and the title of this area of the forum before you go threatening people.
